The At-Risk/Early Warning/ Advisory Dashboard identifies student performance and track warning signs that help you predict whether a student is at risk to dropout
- Proactively work with low performing students.
- Assess averages across schools, demographics, and home room.
The dashboard uses “real time” or “near real time” data to identify students who are off track, so that you can appropriately support them in advancing in their school year.
Below is the detail about columns in the dashboard:
| Column Title | Detail |
| # of F’s and D’s | This column shows the total number of F’s and D’s a student is receiving. This is based on Reporting Term selected. |
| Discipline | This column shows the total number of Discipline logs based on the Reporting Term selected. |
| Attendance | % of student present |
| GPA Current | This is NOT based on Reporting term filter in the dashboard. GPA is based on current term selected in Powerschool. You can verify this term by going to Powerschool à School à Current Grade Display. Field name: current grade. |
| GPA Cumulative | Historical GPA. |
| Suspension | Total number of days suspended based on Reporting Term selected. |
