The PPCK_STUDENTALERTS table stores custom alert information tied to student records. Use the Data Export Manager (DEM) to export these alerts along with related student data.
Steps to Export Custom Alerts
Select Students
From the Start Page, select the students you want to include in the export.
Access Data Export Manager
Navigate to Data and Reporting > Data Export Manager (DEM).
Choose Export Source
For Category, select Database Extensions.
For Export From, select U_PPCK_STUDENTALERTS.
Select Fields to Export
Expand the Students table to select common student fields such as:
Student_Number
LastFirst
Grade_Level
Expand the STUDENTS.U_PPCK_STUDENTALERTS table to select the alert-specific fields you need, or simply choose All.
Apply Filters (Optional)
You can filter results by criteria such as:
Who created the alert
When the alert was created
Or choose to display all records on file.
Run the Export
Click Next to proceed.
Enter a file name for the export.
Click Export to generate and download the data file.
Result
The export file will contain student details along with their custom alerts from the PPCK_STUDENTALERTS table, based on the selected fields and filters.
