Pre-Requisite Setup:
- Navigate to the Setup tab.
- Select Create Teacher and Admin Action.
- In the Admin Action text box, enter all the consequences (or Admin Actions) you want to use, separated by commas. These actions will be available for assignment when logging behavioral incidents.

Configure Consequence Served - Admin Actions:
- Navigate to the Setup tab.
- Select Configure Consequence Served - Admin Actions.
- For each consequence (Admin Action) you added, map it to a unique log type.
- Important: The log type should differ from the behavior/discipline log type. Typically, the log type for consequences served should be something like 'Consequence Served', with a Subtype like 'Served'.
