From the Start Page, Select People, then staff, select Teacher Schedules then [The Section Teacher], then [The Section Number], then [The Enrollment Count Link]
Uncheck "Select All"
Check the name of the student you want to delete a Section Enrollment for.
Under "Use checked students to:" Click "Drop From This Class"
Check "Clear Attendance on and after Exit Date"
Click Edit Date. Enter a date of 1/1/1999
Note: The exit date for a student is the day after their last day in class. For example, if a student's last day in class is 7/31/2021, then the exit date on the Transfer Info page is 8/1/2021. The exit date can be on a weekend day. This setup allows attendance record(s) to exist on the last day of class.
- Click OK
- The Action column should now show that the student's Section Enrollment will be deleted, as well as any attendance that will be deleted for said section enrollment.
- Click Drop Students and Reschedule
Enter the Course Number and Section number where the student is transferring to. (Follow the Format : CourseNumber.SectionNumber and click Register
You can also use the Filter By option to search for the Teacher's class by selecting the name of the teacher (owner of the new section the student is transferring to), click Search and select the class from the search results
Edit the Date to either the Exit Date of the student from the previous class or if the exit date falls on a weekend, choose the next school day. Click Enroll Student and Reschedule.
