Summary
Calculate Honor Roll is a process which generates the Honor Roll records for students, and must be executed manually.
It can be executed for all students, a selection of students, or a single student.
Step 1: Honor Roll Setup (District and School)
Before Calculating Honor Roll, be sure that it is set up for the correct term.

- Verify GPA Calculation Method: Very important to make sure GPA method used here has the correct settings. For example, current vs cumulative, terms included and so on.

Step 2: Calculate Honor Roll (School Level)
1) Log in to PowerSchool Admin
2) Select the school you'd like to calculate Honor Roll for.
3) If desired, select a group of students.
4) Navigate to Start Page > System > Calculate Honor Roll.
5) Select an option for Which Students
6) Enter the store code label you would like associated with the honor roll records created by this calculation.
Note: This does NOT determine which grades are included in Honor Roll. This is merely a label for the Honor Roll records you will be generating by running this process.
7) Select an Honor Roll method.
8) Click Submit
Step 3: Running Honor Roll Report
- Select the school
- Go to System Reports
- Click Honor Roll
- Enter Honor Roll Information:
- Title
- Honor Roll Method: Make sure the honor roll method is selected based on the current quarter. It is important to check to make sure the selected GPA has all the correct parameters in the District GPA setup.
- Store Code: Enter Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, S1, S2 or Y1.
Step 4: Honor Roll Student Audit
You can compare Honor Roll students by exporting GPA through quick export. If your honor roll is based on current term GPA, you can use the following code:
